I can feel that my dedication to the Sweat app is slowing down.. on a slippery slope as they say. I’m still doing the three exercises a week as I should, but the days have started to lag, I’m now doing Monday’s exercise on Tuesday and so on. the walking has gone down to once a week. The motivation is not on a high let’s say. BUT! I’m not a quitter and therefore I have today forced myself to ignore all the irrelevant things that I can make up in my head that I need to do, and do the class for today. I feel so much better when I do it, I feel the strength in my body and taking the time for me changes the mood too. Persistence is the key to all success! (and I’ve lost 2kg so thumbs up!).
