Well, I do, or at least what I want to do, using the Best Self planer I’m never far from my goals, always keeping the needle moving forward (even the days when I really just want to stay underneath the covers and forget about the world). I don’t like chaos, or rather, since I had the children I’m far less impulsive compared to how I used to be when I was younger (as I’m still not considering myself as old…. unless its one of those days..). Things just don’t work with children and my impulses. Schedules, rules and regular times are where they thrive (and I can then breath). Maybe I can go back to my impulsive self when they get a bit older.

I managed to get in sync with the Sweat training today, I am now officially on the right day again and it was nice to do some extra Yoga, I need more Yoga in my life.
