Today I tried a dish, which to be honest I and my husband really enjoyed. Tuna poke bowl with sorghum, tomatoes, broccoli, egg and I also added avocado. The health gods were singing! Not my daughter (all though she forced herself to eat a bit) nor my youngest son (who looked at it and went No thank you, and then ignored it being quite happy it seem to starve rather than to eat what was in front of him). My oldest son said, yeah mum good.

There are so many good things in this dish, sorghum is a magical seed which is gluten-free and contains protein, iron, vitamin B6, niacin (improves the blood flow), magnesium and Phosphorus (helps form healthy bones). Magical in other words!
