After my relaxing day yesterday I’m back at the gym today. I still feel my muscles from two days ago so I will “only ” go on the bike today. I’m trying to create a habit, so going to the gym will be almost as easy as a muscle memory and I don’t need to think about it. Just by going to the gym I feel like I have won the day! Persistence is the key to achieving what you want, and if it’s something that I can relate to then it’s persistence (or stubbornness depending on how you look at things). I might even venture in to the rooms where the actual machines are 😉
