Today I continued with the fitness app from Sweat. Arms and abs were on the menu for today. I find it hard or rather boring now to do these exercises, they are set up in two different segments which you do twice. By the time I get to the second segment I’m bored, and then the muscles start to complain (especially with both arms and abs, legs are usually fine irrelevant on how many exercises I do). I need to obviously battle this and keep going, I’m very much aware of this. But I know myself, and I need to change it up in order to keep interest. To solve this problem I have decided to change the program next week to the yoga version (which I tend to enjoy). I hope that it will keep my energy up a bit longer. The free trial will expire soon as well and I’m not sure what to do after that, to sign up or to find my way back to the regular gym. When I start with this app I could feel that my muscles have not been used for a while so going back to the gym must not be very useful.
Change is the word of today it seems.
