We have booked a summer holiday! Finally! I wasn’t sure that it would happen, to be honest, we haven’t been on holiday for 10 years! So, although this is great news, it means that I have 110 days to get in shape, which in a way is a good thing as well. I like deadlines, they push me to actually go and do what I need to do. If I don’t achieve it then I have no one else to blame than myself.
110 days, nearly 3 and a half months. And the clock has started! I have quickly realised that it’s not realistic for me to go to the gym.. or is it? I get terribly bored at the gym, the only reason I went there was when I had the Sweat app and Kayla telling me what to do. Otherwise, I do the cross trainer for 30 min, a bit of rowing and get out of there. That will not help me to achieve what I want to achieve.
And all of a sudden I hit a slump, it is far ahead, but how will I achieve it. Sigh. Ok. Regroup, think and just do it!
